Clay established himself as one of the hardest working agents within the Eastern Suburbs Area. Aligning himself closely to buyers, their needs and desires gives him an added advantage when matching them to their perfect property – a trait which has proved invaluable for all involved.
With 10 years of real estate experience, an unrivalled work ethic and a local of Little Bay, he believes there is no one better to sell the surrounding lifestyle than him.
A Marist College Pagewood old boy, Clay attended Macquarie University but couldn’t find his love for anything other than property, architecture and connecting with people. His ability to quickly build connections and trust has seen him responsible for a number of notable transactions throughout the Eastern Suburbs and South Eastern corridors. With buyers moving a lot between these suburbs, it’s a contemporary approach which enables a higher success rate of matching the right buyer to the right home and ensuring the best possible sale price.
“My focus is centred around bringing the right energy every day to every sale and I understand that is how my business dealings with clients can genuinely change their life. My clients expect me to not just sit back and wait for the major portals to bring buyers through, but to be proactive in my approach and bring a strategy which ensures we always achieve the best possible outcome and my clients have that competitive advantage.”
And when it comes to negotiations, this gives his vendors an advantage.
Having been a part of the rebrand in December 2021 from the previous Century 21 Eastern Beaches Office, he and the Agents + Co office know what it’s like be apart of the biggest global Real Estate Brand but to really strip it back and give a boutique, personal real estate experience.
