We’re excited to announce that Agents and Co Property Group has acquired the rent roll formerly known as Ray White Maroubra, welcoming new landlords and tenants into our community. We know change can raise questions, so we’ve prepared clear answers to help you feel confident and supported.
If you’re already a landlord or tenant with Agents and Co Property Group, nothing about the way we operate has changed. In fact, we’re bringing together the skills, knowledge and experience of property managers from both businesses, giving you an even stronger team to support you.

For Our New Landlords
1. Will this change how my property is managed?
Not at all. Your property will continue to be managed with the same care, attention and professionalism — now with the added benefit of our expanded team, market knowledge and technology.
2. Will I still have the same property manager?
In most cases, yes. If there’s a change, we’ll personally introduce you to your new property manager and ensure a seamless handover.
3. Are my fees changing?
No. Your management fees and charges will remain exactly as per your current agreement.
4. Do I need to sign new documents?
For the moment – No. All your agreements automatically transfer across however we will be in touch to discuss the next phase of our acquisition with you.
5. What are the benefits for me as a landlord?

6. Will the office be in the same building?
The company will be merging locations to the corner of Anzac Parade and Maroubra Road in Pacific Square shopping centre. This is the current home of Agents and Co. In fact, we have expanded our location from 150sqm to 340sqm and the new premises will be ready to occupy by October 2025.
For Our Tenants
1. Will my lease or rental terms change?
No. Your lease remains exactly as it is. The only change is the new company that manage the property.
2. Do I keep the same property manager?
In most cases, yes. If there’s a change, we’ll introduce your new manager so you feel comfortable and know who to contact.
3. Do I need to update my rent payments?
We’ll let you know if payment details change. Until we notify you in writing, please keep paying rent the same way you always have.
4. Who do I contact for maintenance or questions?
Your contact process remains the same for now. If we make any updates, we’ll provide clear instructions.
